Dawn Lee Minter

Dawn Lee Minter joined National Life Group in 2009 as Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer. In 2015, she was promoted to Executive Assistant to the Chairman, CEO and President. She serves as a member of the executive leadership team, lead to our administrative professionals, and liaison to the National Life Group Board of Directors. In August 2021, Minter was asked to serve on our National Life Foundation Board of Directors.

Minter came to National Life from the Vermont Land Trust where she served as Assistant to the President. She has performed in a variety of roles spanning the corporate and nonprofit sectors, including managing a law firm office, serving on local boards, and owning her own business.
