Montpelier, VT -  (June 13, 2018)  The National Life Group Foundation has granted $50,000 to North Texas Food Bank to help combat food insecurity in the North Texas area.

The money given to the Food Bank will provide 150,000 nutritious meals to people in need in 13 counties across North Texas. More specifically, the funds will provide urgently-needed fresh fruits and vegetables, protein, and other foods to the most vulnerable members of the community.
