COVID-19 Update

Montpelier, VT (March 13, 2020) - National Life Group and our thousands of partners across the country remain open for business even as we take steps to protect against the COVID-19 outbreak.

We wanted to let you know what we have done and are doing in the face of this public health situation.

Our first priority is the health and safety of our customers, agents and employees. So we are following the advice of public health authorities in terms of workplace preparations, cleanliness and avoiding unnecessary gatherings.

Whenever we can conduct a transaction or a meeting over the telephone or online, we’re doing it.

We’re prepared for our employees to work remotely. That reduces the potential for transmission in our offices. We have suspended all but essential travel. And we are restricting outside visits to our home offices.

But we are open for business. Policies are being processed and issued, telephone calls are being answered, emails sent and all manner of business transacted. Where in-person meetings are required, we are holding those meetings but doing so in compliance with advice from health officials.
